In Leading-On we have developed our own methodology, based on our experience and adapting bests practices from the Wharton School.
Achieve defined objectives
Our methodology is focused on execution, ie enabling organizations to take action and achieve the defined objectives. Therefore, we combine a discipline of a more technical nature, such as the project management, with another which focuses on people.
Focused on people
Project management converts the objectives of the organization executable action plan, into something concrete. The focus on getting people pursuing their involvement and mobilization towards implementation, based on participation.
Understanding, involvement and capacity
Transversally, our methodology uses several tools to facilitate the involvement and contribution of people. These tools work recurrently throughout the project understanding ("I understand what is expected of me"), the implication ("do I want"), and capacity ("I can do it").
